Tickets are the means through which customers communicate with 1Enrol staff. Tickets can be originate via a number of support channels: email, web portal and Facebook.

- Send us a message on our FaceBook page.
- Click on the Help button from within 1Enrol application
All tickets will be prioritized and answered on a timely matter. Enquiries will be addressed by order of severity.
Questions asked might be answered publicly. This will help other customers to find answers quicker as these answers can be searched on.
